daryle dilascia, pRESIDENT

Daryle joined Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC in 2018 as Partner & Managing Director and upon PTCP's acquisition of Monroe Financial Partners, a standalone FINRA registered broker dealer specializing in equity OTC trading and market making, Daryle assumed the role of President of Monroe Financial Partners in 2024. He brings 30 years of specialist experience, focusing exclusively on banks and financial services companies as well as the institutional and private equity firms that invest in the sector. Prior to joining Performance Trust, DiLascia was Head of Financial Services Capital Markets at Piper Jaffray & Co. Before that, he was Head of Investment Banking at Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc., where he also led the depository institutions effort. DiLascia started his career at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. serving as Co-Head of Equities. DiLascia received an MBA in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a BS in mathematics from Syracuse University.

mike shea, hEAD OF EQUITY TRADING

Mike Shea leads the Monroe trading desk, where he works with shareholders, banks, and investors who need to buy or sell community bank stocks. As head of equity and preferred stock trading, he is a primary contact for clients, often sharing market color and working with the Street on hard-to-trade situations. Mike has spent his entire career at Monroe, joining the firm as a trader in 2000. He earned a B.S. from the University of Rochester and holds the SIE and Series 7, 24, 63, and 57 securities licenses.

ford dickinsoN, TRADER

Ford Dickinson is a trader on Monroe’s Equity Desk, where he works with shareholders, banks, and investors who need to buy or sell community bank stocks. Having managed portfolios himself, he brings the investor’s perspective to the trades he handles. Ford joined Monroe in 2022. Before that, he was a portfolio manager at Middleton Dickinson Capital Management, LLC, and worked at Cetera Financial Group. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 2018 with a double B.S. in Economics and History, and he holds the SIE and Series 7, 63, and 57 securities licenses.

laura hamiltoN, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Laura Hamilton is a Senior Vice President at Monroe Financial Partners where she leads sales and corporate services efforts with institutional investors and community financial institutions. Prior, she spent 8 years as a Vice President at OTC Markets Group, where she advised over 150 community banks on trading and liquidity and has successfully taken more than 25 financial institutions public on the OTCQX Banks Market. Before joining OTC Markets, Laura specialized in corporate development at Intercontinental Exchange and in corporate finance at JP Morgan Chase. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland. She holds her SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 FINRA registrations.
